We support fair laws and regulations that improve patient access to innovation. Employees may take part in politics personally, on their own time, and without Company assets. Make clear your views are your own and do not wear Company‑branded items at political events.

Do not make political contributions on behalf of the Company unless approved by the Compliance Office (Legal) in consultation with the executive chair.
