Who must follow the Code?
The Code applies to all board directors, officers, and employees of Trudell Medical Limited and its affiliated companies. If you hire third parties (vendors, suppliers, consultants) to act for the Company, make sure they follow our Code and policies too.
Everyone’s responsibilities
- Set a good example and tone.
- Monitor and support compliance with the Code.
- Make sure people you supervise know the Code.
- Support anyone who asks questions or raises concerns in good faith.
- Report non‑compliance.
- Do not allow retaliation against anyone who speaks up in good faith.
If you do not follow the Code, you may face discipline, up to and including ending your job or contract. You may also face civil and/or criminal penalties under the law.
