Use IP only as needed for your job and only for the Company’s benefit. Follow policies for confidential information, trademarks, and patents. Report suspected misuse or infringement to Legal right away.

Keep Company and third‑party confidential information secret and use it only for approved purposes. Follow the Confidential Information policy. Put a non‑disclosure agreement (NDA) in place before sharing confidential information. Talk to Legal before signing an NDA.

Only share confidential information with people who have a need to know and are authorized. Store confidential materials securely. Label materials CONFIDENTIAL when appropriate.
