Communicating on behalf of the Company
Public communications affect our reputation. All statements to the public must be reviewed and approved by the executive chair of the board before release.
- For requests from government or regulators: contact Finance, Legal, or Regulatory Affairs for approval before sending information.
- If contacted by a lawyer for another party, refer them to Legal.
- If you receive legal documents (claim, complaint, summons, subpoena): notify Legal
- For crisis situations: follow the Crisis Management Plan.
