Family members and close personal relationships

Relationships with family or close friends can influence decisions. Do not supervise, hire, or promote a family member or someone with whom you have a close personal relationship. Do not accept or remain in a role where you can access or influence that person’s performance reviews, pay, or other confidential information. If such a situation exists or may arise, tell your supervisor and HR immediately. Follow the Anti‑Nepotism policy.
