Anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption

We follow anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption laws (for example, the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act (Canada), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (US), and Bribery Act (UK)). Do not give or offer anything of value to a government official to gain or keep business or favorable treatment. Healthcare providers at public hospitals or universities count as government officials.

We may not offer donations, grants, scholarships, subsidies, support, consulting contracts, or gifts in exchange for purchases, recommendations, or commitments to buy. When in doubt, ask your supervisor or the Compliance Office. Follow the Company’s Anti‑Corruption/Anti‑Bribery policy.
