What is the Code?

The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) explains how we must act at work. It helps us follow our values, our policies, and all laws and regulations that apply to us. Every year, you will be asked to confirm that you follow the Code.

The Code gives a clear outline of responsible behavior. It also lists places to go for help and how to report concerns. Use it to make good choices when situations are unclear.
